SmartLipo Triplex - Face & Neck Contouring
SmartLipo Triplex Laser-Assisted Liposution is the safest, most effective, in-office procedure for removing fat from a double chin, contouring the neck, and tightening neck skin with minimal recovery. SmartLipo Triplex differs from traditional liposuction because it uses laser energy to dissolve the fat and stimulate skin tightening. This method provides more effective and efficient fat removal with less recovery and significantly more skin tightening than traditional liposuction. The typical recovery is only two to three days. This procedure is also great for those who have previously undergone a facelift and would like to have a "touch-up" procedure.

Facelift

Rhinoplasty ( Nose Surgery )
One of the most common plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is performed to reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose, remove a hump, narrow nostril width, change the angle between the nose and the mouth, or to correct injury, birth defects, or other problems that affect breathing. Ultimately, the goal of rhinoplasty is to achieve a nose that suits your face and balances well with your features. Dr. Brunner's extensive experience in cosmetic, reconstructive, and revision rhinoplasty will help to ease you through your rhinoplasty experience and obtain a beautiful nose that suits your face. Rhinoplasty is usually an outpatient procedure performed under either local or general anesthesia and lasts one to two hours.
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It can be a cosmetic procedure and can also improve vision by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient’s field of vision. The procedure can be combined with a facelift or BOTOX® treatments to raise the eyebrows or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, crow’s feet or dark circles under the eyes.
Cheek & Chin Implants
Whether or not we notice it consciously, full cheeks are often a part of how we judge a person's face. Cheek implants can have a major impact on the appearance and self-confidence of patients whose cheeks have thinned or sunken due to age, illness or other causes. Implant sizes and shapes are tailored to each patient's desired appearance.

Neck Liposuction
A neck lift or chin liposuction is performed to remove excess fat beneath the chin and tighten loose skin in the neck. A less invasive alternative to a facelift, the procedure can produce dramatic results in the patient whose chin and/or neck has sagged with age or after weight loss.
Mini Facelift or Minimal Incision Facelift
The Mini Facelift or Minimal Incision Facelift is a wonderful procedure to correct the start of sagging skin, jowling or a double chin. This is the perfect procedure for someone in their 40's or 50's who only needs "a little tuck". The procedure is performed with a smaller incision than the standard facelift, which makes the recovery much faster. The mini facelift can also be combined with eyelid lifts and skin rejuvenation procedures.
Neck Lift
The neck may sag as a result of aging or weight loss, and is often affected before the face. Loose neck muscles can lead to an appearance of bands on the neck or drastic drooping of the skin. A neck lift is a surgical procedure that can smooth and tighten the skin on the neck and provide a more toned and youthful appearance. Brow Lift
Browlifts can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads, helping you to look less angry, sad or tired. Using either traditional or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, the muscles above the eyes are altered to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance. Otoplasty
Ear surgery is typically performed to set prominent ears back closer to the head, or to reduce the size of large ears. Surgery may be helpful for “lop ear," "cupped ear" and "shell ear,” large or stretched earlobes, and lobes with large creases and wrinkles.
We are also able to reconstruct ears that are damaged or missing due to injury, cancer, or other causes.
